We are not responsible for normal wear and tear that occurs over time, nor for pre-existing damage to surfaces, furniture, or items within the property. We also do not assume responsibility for damage caused by unstable, defective, poorly assembled, or improperly installed items. We recommend that clients inform us in advance of any special conditions or delicate items so that we can take the necessary precautions. If you feel that any detail was overlooked or does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours after the service is completed. Our team will carefully review your concern and, when appropriate, we will schedule a return visit to re-clean the affected area.
